Room is clean and decent for the price paid . Near to a lot of eateries ( walkable distance ) . There are fews supermarkets nearby too . Location is in the city so it is quite convenient.

The staffs were friendly. The sound of the cupboards banging and stomping was rather loud while we were sleeping. Please upgrade or do something to make the walls more soundproof abit. Food was rather limited and my ice cappuccino which came was extremely sweet even after scooping away the whipped cream with chocolate on top. Cappuccino should have foam on top and not sweet cream. Please improve your beverage but the morning fried kway Teow goreng and beehon goreng was nice!!!

Best hotel in batu pahat

Even the room is run down a little bit but the its spacious and room service food is cheap and tasty. Easily accessible building, many foodpanda choices, plenty of parking, very fast check in and check out, very gooooooooddd breakfast in terms of value, only rm15 for breakfast for extra person

Pinetree....clean and comfort

Amazing and comfortable stay here. Only thing need to be improve is the shower rose and water pressure which is a bit low. There is local food just opposite of this hotel. Mee racun which is tasty....shop open 24hrs You can try a waffle kiosk just 2 minute away from the hotel .... tasty as well.

the property is clean and tidy and as we were only staying a night, it met all our requirements. the room was in good working condition, all the electricals worked and the bed was clean and comfy. the front office staff were friendly and professsional. We could not have asked for more.

The location is very convenient to various places in the commercial area. Good for short stay. WiFi on 1st day was giving issues on both my phones. Called receptionist, but they were not really helpful, gave up on it and used my 4g. What I really dislike about my stay is the toilet, the toilet sink is terrible. It's too shallow for washing hands, toothbrush, etc. Bad design. The toilet wall is also not tiled up fully near toilet bowl area, leaving painted wall with no splashback which can leave stain on walls! Poor design choice! Also, the room service forgotten to include toothbrush and toothpaste, which is a hotel commodity these days.

It’s too noisy. The building has no sound block structures. And when I book this room deluxe, it wrote there is bathtub but when I stay there. There is no bathtub and the staff said they didn’t change the description.

改善が必要かと、、

チェックインしたのが、窓の無いカビ臭い部屋でしたので変更して貰いました。結果は、、掃除をしているのかどうかも分からない部屋でした。 チェックアウトの支払いの際にもスタッフがクレジットカードの使い方が分からず右往左往。各階にスタッフなのか外部から来たのか分からない人達がたむろしており、セキュリティも？です。次は無いと思います。

Reasonable for a run-down town.

It is an old hotel in a pretty run-down town. All things considered, it is the one of the better choices in Batu Pahat. Convenient and in reasonable condition. It was a one night stopover and it was not possible to consider another stop there on the way back because the WIFI is really bad.

Simple hotel but with quality linen & tasty breakfast spread. Beware! - I was fined by Town Council for not displaying parking tickets very early in the morning!!! Reception should alert guests when checking in since this is regular occurrence!!
