Small pets (maximum two) are welcome, provided they are calm and respectful of the surroundings and especially of my cats, who value their peace.



Ideally located at the crossroads of Les Landes, Gers, and Lot-et-Garonne, the property is surrounded by opportunities for scenic walks, cultural visits, and local culinary discoveries.



Set in an oak grove, the home invites you to rediscover the joy of silence, far from the hustle and bustle. You’ll enjoy all the necessary comforts, with bed linen and towels provided for your stay.



Guests have access to a shared, unheated swimming pool, used occasionally by the hosts, and a variety of leisure facilities: a barbecue, a tennis and badminton court, and three bicycles (two adult-size, one child-size) for exploring the area at your own pace.



As the nearest shops are 15 minutes away, I provide basic essentials on arrival: coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper — don’t forget to bring any additional items you may need.
