"This place has no security personnel, no personnel to help with the luggage (most basic hotel characteristic), no elevator (broken forever and when you arrive on the first day, they will say that it will be fixed the next day), no phone in the rooms to contact front desk. If you go early in the morning to the front desk, you will see two things; a paper with a phone # to call if you need something and a can to drop your key for check out. The mattresses are uneven. The door locks used to be electronics, but they are using the emergency keys (it seems that they don’t know how to service the hotel). The cleaning lady one day can do your room, another day will do half of the room and leave, others will flip your door sing from please clean the room to do not disturb. We spent four days without hot water, some people said that was because they ran out of propane and others that it was under service. The shower is awful and the only thing that they will say is that is the oldest hotel on the island (lies). If after all this you decide to book here, you deserve to waste your money."
