The only thing we didn't like was that the ladies in the reception were extremely rude and didn't have any manor how to speak to people. I said good morning, and she's not even responding. "If you're a frequent traveler in Europe, you will know the vibe. It's been awhile since they've done any remodeling so it feels like a bit of a throwback, but hey it's nice not to stay in some overly tricked out boutique hotel. The back courtyard is really lovely and a great place to have breakfast whilst having the Alps looming over you. And that's why you're there in the first place."
