Public parking 100 m. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "baveno" 1.1 km, railway station "Baveno" 1 km, grass beach 1.5 km. Golf course (9 hole) 13 km, mountain railway 4 km. Nearby attractions: Villa Fedore 1.5 km, Villa Henfrey Branca 14 km, Isole Borromee, SS. Gervaso e Protaso, Museo Granum. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mergozzo. Hiking paths: Mottarone. Please note: car recommended. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Verbania, 13 km.
