Behind the center of Baveno in a panoramic and sunny position on the second floor with lift of the Il Castagneto complex is the Marconi Lake View apartment. The well furnished apartment is equipped with every comfort. The bright living room equipped with dining table and living room with TV leads to the large terrace with lake view. The kitchen is fully equipped and also comes with a dining table. The master bedroom has access to the terrace overlooking the lake and has a double bed. The second bedroom has two joinable single beds. This bedroom has access to the terrace with mountain view. The bathroom has a shower and next to the bathroom there is a closet with the washing machine inside. The large terrace overlooking the lake has a dining table and sun loungers. Under the house a garage for a reserved car and other condominium spaces are also available in front of the complex. From the apartment in about ten minutes on foot you can reach the city of Baveno with bars, restaurants, shops and beaches.

Sehr schöne und geräumige Ferienwohnung und große Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick über den See. Einfacher Check-In durch gute vorab Kommunikation durch den Gastgeber. Die Wohnung liegt oberhalb von Baveno, der Ort ist innerhalb von 10min gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zur Wohnung gehört eine Garage.
