Villa Ramella has a privileged position, it is located in a quiet area, you will not need a car to visit the city, you can easily reach the center of Baveno, the pier for the Borromean Islands, shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets.
Recently renovated internally, it has been furnished with care and modern design, making it comfortable but at the same time elegant.
"Villa Ramella" has an amazing lake view, you can sip good Italian wine while admiring the fabulous panorama from the large windows in the living room or relax in your cozy bedroom.
You can spend wonderful moments in the large private garden, relaxing in the sun or enjoying a sweet Italian breakfast.
The villa is divided into 3 floors, six magnificent bedrooms, and can accommodate up to eleven guests.

Villa Pallavicino is a place suitable for children but also for adults who love being in contact with animals. For mountain lovers there is the possibility of reaching the top of the Mottarone with a cable car trip from where you can admire 7 lakes.

Amazing house, no AC

The house was fantastic, beautiful and spacious. The view was amazing over the lake and the house very tastefully decorated. However, there was no AC in the house, despite my search filter being set to only search for house with AC. Furthermore, there were only three fans (for six bedrooms), making sleeping extremely difficult in one of the biggest heatwaves Europe has seen in recent times. The house was also poorly equipped (no paper towels, no napkins, no working coffee maker). Had it not been for these lacking items and lack of AC, I would have given the house five stars.

Schöne alte Villa, aber der Check in

Eine schöne alte Villa, renoviert mit Stil. Küche gut ausgestattet, toller Blick auf den See. Haben uns wohl gefühlt. Einige Dinge könnt man erneuern, alles in allem der alte Flair ist erhalten geblieben. Aber, zum Check in erhält man die Info am Tag vor der Ankunft: es muss von jedem Teilnehmer die ID Nummer des Personalausweises vorliegen. Sonst kein Zugang zum Haus. Liest man die Nachricht aus beruflichen Gründen erst am Nachmittag und einige Teilnehmer sind nicht erreichbar , wird das eine stressige Aktion. Vollkommen unverständlich, schreibt doch Fewo ständig Werbemails etc. Das könnte Wochen vorher kommuniziert werden, das Geld soll schließlich auch im Voraus bezahlt werden. Die Max 11 Teilnehmer wohnen sicher nicht immer unter einem Dach. Das wäre ein Grund, von einer Buchung in Zukunft Abstand zu nehmen.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Tolle Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht. Blick auf den See, genug Platz um mit einer großen Gruppe zu verweilen. Gut ausgestattete Küche und viele nette Details. Wir hatten eine richtig gute Zeit und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Vielen Dank :)

Lovely

The house was listed, but even better. Beautiful villa. The owners were very responsive. We really enjoyed the large dining table for all of to gather around for meals. Outside space is just as lovely. I would highly recommend this location. Baveno has easy access to boats, trains and nice walking areas
