"The room size was great and everything was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The view of the river is not as it appears in the listing. It is only partially visible from the balcony on the back side units. It is nice to walk down to the sandy beach and out n the pier. We had a Deluxe room with a kitchen and it was really nice. Location is not far from the downtown area and only 1.5 miles free m the ferry port to Fort Fisher. We will probably go back in the future."

"The room was not cleaned during our stay they provided 1 towel for 4 people. Ele ators were broken and was terrifying when riding. The gym equipment was broken."

"This property was perfect for our family vacation! Each main room having its own bathroom was a plus! Being able to walk out on the beach every morning was the best part of our stay. We would totally stay here again!"

"This place is so beautiful! Sitting on the porch each morning was the most peaceful start to the day. The Italian restaurant next door shares the deck (separated by a lattice fence) so it was a little noisy in the evenings but nothing obnoxious as they are only open for dinner. Gemma was a great host and it’s evident that she takes good care of her property. Highly recommend this for anyone looking to stay in the Southport area. "
