Panoramic Ocean Views - Close to BHI Club and Shops - Two New Golf Carts

"My husband and I truly enjoyed our week in Villa 45. It was ocean front with gorgeous views of South beach and right next to the BHI Club. The Villa was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped, I am a cook and enjoyed having almost everything I needed (except for a whisk). We were happy with the new golf carts and the beach towels found in the closet, and the beach chairs, we also made good use of the new grill outside. Our king bed was also very comfortable, and I like the bed cover and pillows. Overall we were very happy with the stay, and found the villa reasonably clean, but it is time for a serious deep clean. I know it is late in the season. It can also use some upgrading, the bottom kitchen cabinets are falling apart and the walls can use some touchups. The decor was nice overall but could use some tweaking, such as a new area rug. Our host Katie was very attentive and immediately came over to fix some minor problems. We will definitely rent again. Thank you for having us."

"Very much enjoyed the house & access to South Beach. Front porch is divine with the ocean breezes. Amenities were all updated & worked well, including bikes and beach chairs. While not a huge house, it was perfect for my wife & I with two older kids. Also, kudos to Kim for repairing the AC in a timely fashion. Hope to come back!"

"Rum runner is a beautiful home in an ideal location! We loved being able to walk to the Shoals Club, the beach, the park/ the Common, and The BHI Conservancy. It was great to be able to have our dogs with us at the home. The living room has a nice big comfy sectional. (Plenty of room for our group of 7 adults to relax and visit.) Loved that it has 3 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The golf carts were the best we have had on the island. The host responded promptly when we had a question. We hope to return soon and stay again at Rumrunner!"

"The home is stunning, even better than the photos! Super spacious, very well maintained, beautifully decorated. The views are gorgeous and we loved sitting on the patio and looking out at the sea. The 6 passenger golf carts are the best we have ever used in the island. The home was amazing for our multigenerational family reunion! So many bikes, helmets, beach chairs, toys, and other amenities in the garage. Outdoor showers with hot water was so nice. Would love to visit BHI again and stay at this home. The host was also amazing and very communicative and answered all of our questions immediately. Thank you for the amazing memories!!"
