Very sorry to hear your experience wasn't pleasant. We never had any issues and no one complained about that in office. In fact, we monitor our surveillance cameras time to time during night and haven't seen any issues. As you might be aware we have a No Noice Quiet Time between 10p and 6a, if you can please which day around 2am some one was knocking your door so I check my cameras. Thank you for your business.

Hi Samuel, first of all thank you for giving us an opportunity to serve you. Not sure why you would have felt that it "wasn't clean at all", our rooms are renovated and clean and great reviews on expedia, Google and other sites. During the time you stayed in late March, Bay City was under partial lockdown due to Covid-19. Our housekeepers were still making their best attempts at cleaning rooms as new guest checked in, the rooms were completely clean but on your second or third day of stay, we had informed that due to partial lockdown, the rooms could probably not be cleaned out for Stay Over guests, that was protocol for the safety and healthiness for our house keepers and guests. We did inform that you were free to exchange towels or so. Also as far as any discounts are concerned or any reward points, that between you and Expedia. As our rates are highly discounted already for my expedia guest. Once again we appreciate your stay.

Hi Jessee Thank you for staying with us. Someone is at the office 24/7, but there is a ring bell that says "please ring bell for service". That would ensure someone would get to office right away. Once again thanks again for your stay.

Dear Guest Our deepest apologies for your inconvenience. As a new General Manager, I noticed I had inherited some problems left behind by previous management. We have taken actions to cure the issues. We did have a contract with Terminix Pest Control, and they came twice a week but we realized it's not working so we hired a new company to handle all pest control work. And it's been working in last few days. Also as far as beds are concerned, we have started the treatment we have ordered some beds and we should be getting a shipment in few days. Your next stay and any of our guest stays will definitely be very pleasant one. Bug free and issue free. Also we have finished remodeling some rooms that have 39" Smart TVs, nice new beds and nice furniture and gradually we are making all other rooms the same way. We hope serve you again in very near future

Hi, So sorry to hear about your concern. As you might have noticed we are in process of remodeling the property to make it more comforting to our guests. We just took over the management of the property and these are are top goals. Yes sir, we are new management managing the property and quickly working on address any problems and issues inherited from previous management. We do have some accessible rooms, when you make a reservation, please advise you need that, and we will keep it aside for you. Also, we made all of our rooms non-smoking, but time-to-time, without us knowing some guest smoke. But we have made a place called smoking pavilion which is on the ground in the center of property and it is exterior where smokers can relax and smoke. We are also going to put some chairs and benches on outside of the rooms so our guests can conveniently smoke. We will try our best to make your next stay a 5 Star stay.

Sorry Miguel for your unpleasant experience. Both of those rooms have constantly been rented for months. And the second one you got is our totally renovated room and has been rented since renovations. We have never received those complaints. Our guests leave happily from our property. We did make every attempt possible to make you a happy camper, without any questions ask, we replaced the room and even helped you move your belongings at 1 am.
