"very clean room. All the basic items you need from a budget motel. I admit on the outside the motel looks a bit rough, but inside the rooms where it really matters, it was clean, well organized, and comfortable. I would stay here again, if I was looking for a cheap accommodation in the Annapolis area. Despite being right next to a busy state highway, it was very quiet and conveniently located to a couple of local restaurants and a convenience store."

"The Annapolis Cozy Cottage by the Beach was a great stay for those who don't want to be in the downtown area. The cottage is far enough away to be peaceful, but close enough for quick downtown trips for dining, shopping, and events.There is a grocery nearby as you absolutely would want to take advantage of using the cozy kitchen which has a full fridge and everything needed to fully prepare meals, including sharp knives and a prep area. The two bedrooms were well appointed and comfortable with all the linens, blankets, and pillows one would need. The air-condition worked wonderfully on the 100 degree weather days we experienced during our stay. The cozy bathroom was clean and the walk in shower had great water pressure. One of the best features was the washer and dryer, as our daughter attended a sailing course at Annapolis Sailing School that week and being able to turn her gear around daily was a big plus. Who knew that would be a gem of ANY stay? Additionally, there is private beach at the end of the road which is very cute. We specifically loved the roped off beach area which would be wonderful for families with small children. Our hosts, Winston & Carolyn, were excellent. They responded quickly and were very pleasant. We could tell that they really took time to ensure everything was perfect including the beautifully manicured property.We would highly recommend the space to anyone needing a long-term stay!Safe Travels!Jorge and Kristin"
