"The Graduate was extremely convenient to stay. Our son just completed Plebe summer and it was close to the Academy. Parking was included and easy to get in and out of. We had the Presidential Suite, with living room and a deck. We were able to let him relax.. The room was very clean, quiet and the staff was very helpful. It is a short walk or take the shuttle to the City Dock. I would stay there again in a second"

"It is a really nice house—very clean and nicely decorated. We also appreciated the clear communication with the host throughout our time there. The location near Annapolis was perfect for us; it made it very easy to do activities in the morning, come back to the house midday to rest, and head back out for dinner.Thank you again for hosting us!"

"Just had an absolutely wonderful stay with absolutely nothing to fault - while all we were looking for was a place to spend a few nights close to the sailing school, we ended up having much more - a peaceful oasis with beautiful sunrises, million-dollar views of the bay with sail boats and the bridge, and a spacious and very convenient apartment with comfortable beds where every detail has been thought through. Being close to water taxi pick up spots was also a very nice perk (very cool way to travel to downtown Annapolis!). Thank you for the wonderful stay!"

"I couldn’t have asked for a better getaway! The home was adorable, spacious, and the view amazing! I loved watching the sailing school practice their skills, the sailing cruises, and the amazing sunrise! The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for blowup mattresses if people didn’t want to share. The kitchen was stocked with everything imaginable and the sitting area had plenty of space including a table big enough for all of as to gather. One of the greatest surprises was the parking situation! There is parking on the street designated for this house. We parked 5 cars…no problem! This house has it all including a feeling of seclusion while a short drive to Annapolis and Eastport. I can’t wait to go back!"
