Room was basic but fine for a night with a lovely view. Staff efficient but a bit aloof. Biggest issue was the room was extremely musty. Hope it is just a function of early in the season.

We checked in late. Just wanted to open the wine and chill. We didnt have anything to open it. Staff at the front desk took the time and effort to help us open our wine. We had breakfast at the restaurant and the staff there were so polite and attentive. The scallop dishes where awesome!!!

Great view from second floor. Of note is that the windows were spotless. Room 26 has been nicely modernized, given the physical constraints of a small toilet/shower space. Room was very clean and comfortable. There are some tears in the wallpaper. Will definitely stay there again as it’s very handy to the ferry.

The property is very nice with a beautiful view. We stay here every year, we love it. The only complaint is the last two times we stayed in room 8 and i think 10. The floor above squeaks when someone walks on it. Both times the people who were in that room walked constantly foe hours.i thought it must have been workers like laundry or something but it was not. Next time we will ask fir the second floor.

Showed up at after 12:00. Not one car parked in the parking at the hotel. Rudely she told me to go away check in is at three! So where do I go for three hours. Came back and had a nap in the parking lot until three. Did not see one cleaning person ……and no restaurant
