The hotel was nice and spacious very family friendly. Staff was really nice had a lil hiccup at check in but it was corrected really fast. The only thing that was annoying was the key cards deactivating at every chance they got and having to keep going to front desk to activate it. Other than that we had a good experience kids had a blast as well as the adults. The amenities were amazing I would book here every time

Great hotel and great staff. I stayed before a cruise and after the cruise. Great location.

We loved access to bikes. A fun way to travel around town. Room as clean and nice.

Bellhops were on it. Front desk was very polite and welcoming.Shuttle to the cruise terminal was great also.

Location, location, location! Can walk to most everything. Modern, clean spacious rooms with very comfortable and soft beds. They are a bit low to the floor but that's fine for me. Excellent soundproofing too. Never hear people in other rooms so you get a good night's sleep. Also like the tree lined streets with lots of birds singing! Many good restaurants nearby. Friendly staff.
