"This is one of the better hotels in the area a lot of the hotels in this section of Burlingame are rundown, dated and generally not comfortable. The Hilton has great beds, friendly staff, good views and it’s easy to access. The downstairs bar is great as well."

"This hotel was all about convenience! The 24/7 airport shuttle was a huge plus and one of the few available in the SFO area. It was the perfect place to stay before our 5:00 a.m. flight. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and our room was clean, modern, and looked recently updated. If you’re looking for an easy, stress-free airport hotel, this is a great choice."

"The rooms are decent and clean, but pretty outdated. The grounds around the hotel need better maintenance and cleaning. The staff was not very helpful. I asked for housekeeping 2 days in a row and they never cleaned the room. Also when I requested towels for those days, since housekeeping didn't show, the didn't even bring up the number of towels and wash cloths that I requested. This property definitely needs improvement in all areas."
