It was a very ample hotel,

The room was very clean and the staff were excellent. However, it was a tiny room with barely enough room to walk around the bed. The lighting above the sink in the bathroom was very poor. Extremely dim. Location was very good, very central.

Destination hotel - luxurious, beautiful features amd excellent services. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the hotel restaurant Morimoto.

The concierge and team were fabulous. They helped organise a private wine tour in St Emilion with three very different tasting experiences. We were a group of five and it felt really special. They also recommended and helped booked restaurants - Influences was outstanding with a blind tasting menu and prices so reasonable compared to London. The hotel location was excellent for walking around Bordeaux and very handy for the tram which was very easy to use. We caught the tram to the train station and from there visited Arcachon for lunch and a beach day and Langdon for a tasting at Chateaux Yquem. Thoroughly recommended

Great location, very quiet, clean, and comfortable rooms. Staff were very pleasant, and a/c was perfect. Thank you for a great stay!
