"Staff was great. Very helpful and knowledgable. Offered great recommendations. Location’s great too with lots of amazing places nearby. Room, although a bit small, it was comfortable and clean. I had a very memorable stay here. Biarritz is amazing. Can’t wait to come back and stay here again. "
