I needed an early morning shuttle to the airport. Their shuttle didn't start early enough, which I didn't realize until I got there. Also, the front desk has no one there during the night and early morning, which I also didn't realize. The staff member was very friendly on check in and did explain all. She did order a taxi for me for the next morning, which was great. However, at 3:45a.m. my confidence that it had all been done, wasn't great. I was VERY happy when the taxi showed up right on time at 4 a.m. But, what could I do if he hadn't shown up? I don't even speak French, had no way to get in touch with anyone. It was a lesson in faith. Thank God it worked out.

We arrived a bit early and the staff let us check in anyway. They were very gracious. Also, the food was excellent and the room was immaculate & comfortable.

really good value for money accommodation, for the price & proximity to Basel city centre it was the best I could find. From arriving the staff were all very friendly & professional. The room was clean with all electrical appliances working. The only downside was a little noise from the traffic outside, with the room facing the road. We didn’t use the breakfast facilities or the pool, this was our own choice. If visiting Basel again we would definitely consider staying at the hotel.
