"I stayed at the hotel for one night, and there was no staff around at anytime. The electronic pin pad that allowed us to enter our room with a code's battery died. I had to call at 3:30 in the morning, a place with 24 hour service 4 times. I had to call the police to get assistance back into my room. I also wasn't given my parking pass to park by the strand, which was included and confirmed a couple of times via email, to which I got a 63 dollar parking ticket from the city of hermosa. "

"Had a problem with our room, the staff was great about changing and upgrading us. Bummer there was only - ice machine over all not a bad place for the price. "

"Big room with a very comfortable bed. Bathroom is updated and big."

"Room curtains were stinky as well as the pillow. I had to ask them to get it changed because even after spraying a lot of room freshener -bad smell didn’t go away."

"The property is very nice, clean and surprisingly has nice and friendly front desk staff! I received several curtesy emails from the property too explaining the breakdown of fees which was new for me. I was looking forward to the $30 credits (for 2/each), but when I got my breakfast bill it was like crickets…I paid almost $150 for breakfast for my little family of 4 (though I do not have small children) NOT INCLUDING our coffees we ordered from Starbucks (also available in the lobby)."

"We didn’t have breakfast because it was $20 pp for a plain continental breakfast that is normally included at other hotels. Property was ok. It is located by the freeway so the “neighbors” look a little sketchy. "
