"The place was not clean…the bath towels were run down and beat up old towels and the floor was sticky and dirty. I called the property contact after the first day to get it addressed and they were quick to respond in the App but never came or took any action on the request. Made a second and third request as well and all were ignored. We also had issues with the key FOBs not working after the first night so we couldn’t get easy access to the bottom level parking nor get the elevator to work. ...
