"I have never left a bad review for anywhere, but I am disappointed with this property and VRBO. I booked two nights for a birthday celebration with a few friends. The host had allowed us an earlier check in, only to arrive a few hours earlier to the house not have been cleaned. So we had to leave to wait for the cleaning service to clean the vrbo, which ended up not being ready until after 6:00pm when original check in is 5:00pm. If we hadn’t asked for the earlier check in, the place wouldn’t have been cleaned at all upon arrival. We had to push back reservations and ask the guests to stall before arriving. The host was very apologetic and said she would make things right. Secondly, the listing states two double pull out couches and there was only one. So we had to go get an air mattress to accommodate the number of guests. We received a small refund for the delay with cleaning, but she stated there was a twin sized extra bed that could have helped the sleeping situation, but still is not a double pull out as the listing stated. Also the twin trundle bed that was in the closet didn’t have a mattress. I called vrbo to see what they could do to make this right, and they said they couldn’t do much since I called two days after the trip, and I should have called during the trip. I was on the phone for half an hour mostly on hold to find out there’s nothing much they could do. I didn’t want to call on my trip for that very reason."
