Love This Property!

This is an outstanding property! The owner of the property was so helpful with anything we needed to make our stay wonderful! The property was beautiful, clean, and modern. We would gladly stay there again!!!

Close but no cigar

The area has some homeless people in the area going through trash cans and back dumpsters. There is an industrial facility across the alley with trucks and equipment going in and out even at night/early morning. Not constantly but not quiet. The garage door is larger than the side post for the gate across the back. So if you judge exiting by using the garage door as a guide you will hit something. The garage is unusable unless it’s a mini car. The business behind has a gate going across so you can’t back out straight. I damaged the rental car trying to get in and out. Parking on the side street is not optimal. The coffee maker needs an upgrade as does the silverware. The forks are tiny and few. The other occupants in the building are very noisy. You can hear conversations through the walls. The sound systems shake the floor. I asked for a second key and never received it. The wifi when out several times. The location was good for the purpose which is why it was chosen. The owner did respond to the garbage disposal problem but it took the maintenance guy two trips to fix it. He tried to satisfy but there were too many things

LA weekend

Excellent place to stay with our family! Everything we needed for a comfortable home away from home with easy access to various activities around the city. Owner provided perfect details for check in. We also enjoyed the balcony and open layout.

Rose Bowl Stay

This property was everything that was advertised. We rented a car so it was a great location to access both the beaches and the Rose Bowl and Parade. Unit was clean and comfortable!

Stylish apartment in great neighborhood near Culver City

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this fantastic property. The apartment is very new exactly as pictured, with high quality appliances, great bathrooms (esp. the master) and attractive furnishings. The location was excellent in a very nice neighborhood, close to good restaurants/cafes with supermarkets nearby. It was an easy drive or bus to Venice beach and Culver City Center. Ari was a wonderful host, highly responsive and keen to make our stay a great one. Check in was a breeze. I highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again when visiting LA.

Great property!

This spacious rental seems relatively new and very well kept. It is clean and everything worked without issues, especially the WiFi which was important because we were working. Owner is very responsive and it was a good 4-day stay while our home was tented for regular termite treatment.

Very clean and new. Good location!

Ari was great and the place was very nice. I would recommend some better quality towels and toilet paper. As well as kitchen utensils and a larger coffee maker! Our mattress was flipped upside down for some reason but luckily we figured it out before we slept on the springs lol. Overall very nice and would stay again!

Clean Stay

Modern and clean short-term rental. As mentioned by other reviewers, the garage is quite narrow - backing in to the garage is easier. Ari took advice of another reviewer and added an iron and a hair dryer. Would stay again if in the area. Thanks, Ari!

Our stay in Clarkdale condo

The photos of the space are accurate. The location is convenient. There are some aspects of this VRBO that need to be more fully explained. 1. This is a second floor condo. If you cannot do stairs, you should not plan to stay. 2. The parking garage is very hard to get into so a smaller car is suggested. We rented an Equinox and although we could barely back in to the garage, in the end it was too difficult to move in and out of the garage. High anxiety. We ended up parking on the street during the day to avoid the garage. The appliances are new and excellent. The plumbing works. Hot water was great. Ari was responsive. Would recommend a "Welcome booklet "with instructions for TV and trash pick up and any other condo details. It is a nice, easy walk during the day to Washington Blvd.

Very nice and spotlessly clean apartment

It is brand new, spotlessly clean, spacious and very comfortable. I had a very pleasant stay there. Ari was very responsive and accommodating. The only thing I would suggest to Ari is to add amenities like hair dryer and iron and ironing board in the apartment.
