"This is the 2nd year that we rented this home. The location is to die for! The home is spacious, the decor is cute, however the cleaning crew could have done a better job and the kitchen equipment could use some restocking (ex: only 3 coffee cups/mugs). We love the outdoor shower as well!! It is conveniently located near Fantasy Island, and one house away is the Spray Beach Hotel with a restaurant/bar which has very good food! You can't beat the location!! The ocean is literally over the dunes....

"Overall it was a fantastic stay. House was nice, but the location was awesome. Beach and bay views from the deck were incredible. Boat rental and tennis courts down the block. House is not new, but very suitable and large enough. Good TV in the LR. Kitchen was well equipped. Loved the outdoor shower after the beach. "Newly renovated by new owners and really very nicely done. The beds are super comfortable and even nice pillows! It was the last weekend before closing for the season. We were disappointed the pool was closed. Rooms are clean and modern. No phone in room so if you need something you have to go to office.
