"We were privileged to stay in a gorgeous suite in Fairmont Gold. We were celebrating Mother's Day and my daughter's birthday. Michael of the Fairmont Gold Desk Team went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. They helped me decorate the room for my daughter's birthday. Room service and restaurants were exceptional. On the Fairmont Gold floor, they have beautiful breakfast and snacks throughout the day late afternoon early evening hors d'oeuvres and incredible desserts, coffees soft drinks juice beautifully done. Impeccable. We enjoyed playing Scrabble and looking out at the beautiful harbor from the Fairmont Gold living room family room area. It feels like you were going back in time staying at the beautiful Fairmont Empress. The service is extraordinary and the feel and ambience of this gorgeous hotel makes you feel momentarily lost in time in the best way. We will be back soon."

"We were greeted by a very friendly host at this property. All 9 rooms were booked that night. Our room was clean, and we were happy we had a washroom to ourselves A lovely breakfast was served on the rooftop patio where we got to chat with some of the other guests. We had to cut our trip short, but the hosts were gracious and pointed out how to connect with Expedia Customer Service to start a refund request. "

"Beds were soft and comfortable! Only thing the shower did not work in the pool area. Breakfast was good lots of options"

"Marko and Crystal's luxury suite is beautiful.. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. The suite is roomy and has a lovely balcony. The neighborhood is very quiet. It was easy to drive South or South and downtown Victoria was only 30 minutes away. Crystal and Marko were very friendly and helpful. Communication was flawless."

"Located on the edge of the Lagoon, the B&B had great access to peaceful water sports like canoe, kayak and SUP - they even provide everything including life jackets. They also have bikes and helmets for rides through the neighborhood. Overall, a great location for water and walking!"
