Some brown staining of the bathtub and garbage cans (?hair dye?… at least I hope that’s what it was) which was unsightly but not particularly concerning. Overall a good stay in a great, highly walkable location."

"Our group recently experienced a challenging travel day en route to Victoria, but upon arriving the Huntingdon Hotel, we found a sense of relief and comfort that helped ease our frustrations. Despite our late arrival due to flight cancellations, the staff was incredibly understanding and accommodating. A simple phone call to inform the hotel of our situation was met with warm smiles and a welcoming attitude, which was refreshing after a long day of travel. We were in Victoria for a gymnastics competition, and our group included several children who were excitedly roaming the halls. The hotel staff treated us like family, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere that enhanced our overall experience. Our room was impeccably clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, with close proximity to all the attractions we wished to visit. We greatly appreciated the flexibility of late checkout, which allowed us to relax a bit longer before our evening flights. The staff kindly permitted us to park on the street, which was a significant convenience. This was our second stay the Huntingdon Hotel, and we continue to be charmed by its location, character, and the exceptional service provided by the staff. We will undoubtedly return in the future and highly recommend this hotel to others visiting the area. Thank you, for making our stay memorable!"

The only downside is that there is no elevator, which can be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. There is also a vending machine near the reception, but it only accepts coins."
