"Our interaction with some of the reception staff was disappointing. We booked two rooms — one for my husband, my 9-year-old son, and myself, and another for my parents. At check-in we received room keys and two wristbands per room for access to the hot spring pools. On the first day, my husband and son used the pool. On the second day, when I wanted to go with my son, we realized the wristbands were missing. The reception told us that lost wristbands cost $20 each and asked us to pay $40. While they said this is hotel policy, it was never clearly explained to us at check-in that the wristbands must be kept for the entire stay. They had also not initially provided a wristband for my child, and when I mentioned it, the receptionist gave him one but told him he had to put it on immediately in front of us, which felt unnecessarily strict and unfriendly."

"Clean room great housekeepers. Since front desk has different person everytime there is no accurate information on requesting for something that is needed for the room. You need to pay for early check in which is understandble but why pay for early check out? But to top off my family and i had a good stay. Would recommend"

"Spacious well appointed room. Comfortable bed but came home with bruised shins from repeatedly hitting bed frame. Best location near attractions, shops and restaurants. Disappointed both pool and hot tub closed for renovations. Would have booked elsewhere had we known. Wonderful staff."
