The staff were exceptionally helpful before and during our stay. They upgraded our room to a suite due to our special occasion and it was beautiful! The breakfast buffet was delicious. Overall very pricey, but the service and attentiveness is reflective of what you pay.

The area around this hotel is not the best. I was looking for a hotel near the airport and so this is what I got. But it's not the greatest area. And the hotel advertises itself as luxury, but I'm not sure if I agree with that adjective The room was pretty small and especially the bathroom. It was nicely decorated. The outside of the hotel looks fairly run down to me..
