Musty smell in room.
I was out of room 9am-9pm and the "please clean room" tag was still on the door when I came back.
Super dated property. Waited 7-8 mins for an elevator at one point

I love, love, love this hotel. Staff are always exemplary, from front desk to room attendants, to general manager. Friendly, helpful, quick service.
My only complaint this time, was there was almost zero water pressure in the kitchen sink, the tap literally dribbled. So I had to use the bathroom sink to get water for cooking, drinking or cleaning. Other than that, this hotel is always my go-to in Vancouver.

Room very clean. Old and seen better days in terms of furniture and fixtures but there is a broad renovation under way. Incredible location. Good food and service.
