"We had a really great stay at the Pinnacle. Amazing value. Small kitchen with the basic necessities so we could make our own meals. The marketplace with a grocery store within walking distance for a few groceries we couldn’t transport in our drive up. Hot tub was so welcome after a day on the mountain and the younger members of our group enjoyed the heated outdoor pool. The big tub in the main area was kinda funny but also a hit for the younger members. Didn’t use the jets. We could walk back from the bottom of the Whistler gondola to the Pinnacle as we didn’t mind the 5-10 min walk in our boots. Friendly, helpful staff! Would stay again for sure. "

"Overall, I had a great stay and the service was excellent. The only reason I didn’t give a full five stars for the facilities is that the in-room amenities feel a bit dated, which is understandable given the age of the hotel. "

"The room was older than it looks in photos. Fast internet, clean bathroom, and friendly staff. My booking came with free breakfast. It's best to go before 8am."

"With Q closed, the Bengal not open for lunch or a quiet late lunch as well as the Rooftop restaurant being closed for the season…it sure was bad timing for us and no alternates were provided. The hotel was wonderful but Spring Break prices for low amenities was very disappointing. We had hoped to spend more time in the hotel…just too noisy. "
