"The perfect vacation getaway. The house is beautiful, comfortably fit 7 of us, and the master bedroom is awesome. The outdoor seating overlooking the incredible lake views (especially sunsets) is amazing. My kids loved swimming off the dock and playing on the trampoline. The host provides a lot of great water toys. The location in Gilford is perfect, close to many restaurants and activities. Cannot wait to book again next summer!"

"Unit was very clean and wonderfully located, pool was 40 ft from front door lake about 50 yards across the street! Amenities were as advertised, the pool was older and in need of repairs but fully functional. The owners of other units kept to themselves and were somewhat snobby, with the exception of Kevin. I would definitely rent again but wish the other owners were not so snobby!"

"The unit was very nice with a great view of the Lake! The bed and the recliners in the couch were extremely comfortable. Although, a new set of sheets on the bed wouldn’t be a bad idea. It had everything we needed except for more closet space and a toaster, unless we missed it. We highly recommend this place and would stay there again!"

Also no passes left for use of the Guilford beach which was disappointing and made assess to the water difficult. All three bedrooms need upgraded mattresses too."
