"Our stay at Y Cartws was lovely and relaxing, very cosy cottage. Was amazing to walk the ground and interact with the goats and horses. The nearby river was very relaxing to listen to, especially in the hot tub at night. Hot tub is at a set temperature which cannot be adjusted. Amenities were great, kitchen is well stocked with utensils and had delicious home made brownies waiting for us. Property was mostly clean but there was some negatives, bathroom was either mouldy or mould stained....

We could not fault anything about our holiday home except the week passed too quickly. Many Thanks."

The location is brilliant and we were able to leave the car on the drive for most of the week, walking down to the shops, cafes and restaurants and, via the lane running behind the row of bungalows, getting access to lovely local walks Marine Walk and Lower Harbour Walk, as well as via the ferryport's footbridge and up steps through the woods, well maintained with a good handrail, to link with the coast path proper. Notes and recommendations from the owners on places to eat, drink, and buy lovely sourdough bread and croissants, etc.. were up to date and came up trumps."
