"Small place with amazing views of the harbor. Well maintained. I sat in one of the comfortable wooden chairs outside our room evey chance I got. There was even a lovely picnic area along side the water front. Good for watching people dig for clams at low tide. Comfortable bed. Nice furniture. Good location. Quiet."

"We had a slightly bigger room with a king size bed, and a separate room that had two twins. It was great for our longer stay. The breakfast was outstanding with many choices. It really catered to getting a lot of food in you before hiking or biking. There’s a free shuttle that picks you up right outside the hotel( it can accommodate bikes) that can take you right into the park so that you don’t even have to drive or pay for parking. The shuttle does not take you up Cadillac Mountain, but it does take you to all the other scenic places in Acadia . We found out about the free shuttle from the staff who were wonderful."

"Great house on a beautiful setting. It is well stocked, clean and communication with the host Peter was excellent. Sitting on the deck is very relaxing. We saw so many deer, a red fox, pileated woodpecker, hummingbirds, osprey, and other wildlife while at the property. It is quiet and very serene. Highly recommended."

"The cabin was so comfortable. We loved using the fire pit on a clear star filled night and making s’mores. The views from the living room were amazing and walking down by the water to explore and then see the sunset was a highlight. The cabin is away from the crowds and nestled in nature but is just minutes from the park and Bar Harbor, It was truly the best of both worlds and we highly recommend it."
