"We loved our stay! The place was spacious and cozy and retro in the best way. We had everything we needed and then some. It was a perfect spot for our families - the swimming from the dock was great, the kitchen was stocked with everything we could have needed, and the movie selection was great for a rainy day! Highly recommend!"

"We have been to FI many times renting cottages and this place has been top notch for staying. We enjoyed the golf cart which made it easier to get around the island, also enjoyed the wildlife especially the deer, which came every day and seeing the eagles on beach #4. We totally recommend this property and look forward to booking this property for our future stays. From Connecticut"

"House fit our family of 9 adults, 3 small kids, and a dog. House was clean, and well stocked.Dock was great for overnight for our boat. Great swimming, kayaking, and canoeing. We even caught fish from tge dock!!! Neighborhood was great, had a nice 45 min. loop to walk. The location on the lake was excellent!!!"

"This is the PERFECT lake house!!! Impeccably clean, nicely appointed, comfortable beds, and all of the kitchen and other amenities we needed, including food and water bowls for our dog. The beautiful and huge outdoor deck was the highlight for us! Stunning views of the cove -- peaceful and serene. Great for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. We loved it and will definitely be back!"
SHORT WALK TO A LARGE SANDY BEACH

"It is a really nice property. Kind of a cabin feel. Somewhat barebones but beautiful surroundings and lots of windows. We visited all the beaches and did several walks. We used the restaurant for dinner and it was good. Nice ice cream shop also. The ferry was 41 round trip. We did miss in the listing that there were no bed linens or towels of any kind. That was surprising. So we had to stop and buy 5 sets at Walmart. Also paper towels and TP. There was 6 of us. The bedrooms all had window AC and running those all day kept it nice in the evening for sleeping. Watch your head in the upstairs bathroom. There is a low beam. All in all we had a great time. I would stay here again."
