"Beautiful villa in a great location. Shortly after we arrived we went straight to the private dock to float and were greeted by sea turtles! Very clean and the kitchen was well equipped with late model appliances. Loved the water dispenser and countertop ice cube maker! Also, we took full advantage of the 1 day boat rental taking it to the hot spots on Stocking Island!"

"This house and location was perfection. You will be close to everything as far as groceries, gas and local hotspots like Rusty Anchor at Paradise Point, Exuma Yacht Club, Blu, Fish Fry, across the water from Chat N Chill. We rented a small boat that was delivered to the dock. Sunrises are incredible here. The pool was key after a day on the water. You can snorkel right in front of the home and under the dock. The host was super helpful and responsive. The home is clean, bed is comfy, kitchen well stocked. You cannot go wrong! This is the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy island time! "

"Very nice clean and well maintained property. Nice pool and great location in the heart of Georgetown. Easy to get around Exuma if you rent a vehicle. The adjacent property "Beach Club" on Stocking Island was a great getaway location. The food was excellent and a very nice menu selection. Remember you are on Island Time, slow down and don't expect quick service but you will get great friendly service. The overall staff was great."

"This home holds a special place in our hearts. This was our second visit and it was just a memorable as the first. We had a perfect stay. The home has everything you could need. It feels so comfortable and is decorated so beautifully. The deck is perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. We used the bbq a few times. The little beach is such a cute addition. The yard is well maintained and has lots of vegetation. The location is close to everything and easy to find. The hosts are very quick to communicate, they check in often, and are easy to contact should you need anything. Our favorite!"
