"We had the most wonderful stay at this house in Exuma! The host Jennifer was very helpful and responded quickly whenever we had a question. The house is in a perfect location, close to the airport and also close to Georgetown where the main grocery store is located. There’s also a convenience/ grocery / drug store called Smitty’s very near the house. We went out for adventures every day, but for only part of the day, so we could spend the rest of the time enjoying the amenities at this amazing house. It is quite literally stocked with everything you could think of for an enjoyable stay. Our family of two adults and three kids had the most fun week and highly recommend this house!"

"I can’t say enough great things about this property and the hosts. The Villa was spotless, perfectly located and well appointed with everything you need to enjoy the beach and all that Exuma has to offer. It’s literally right on the beach facing Elizabeth Harbor and a beautiful sunrise each morning. The beds are comfortable (even the Murphy bed) which is a must. Our family of 4 were very comfortable with my 2 daughters sharing the Murphy bed. It’s perfectly located near Georgetown and some of the most beautiful beaches and cool restaurants. Michael and Roseanne are 5 Star hosts in every way. They were available to answer all our questions, make recommendations and give advice on any aspect of our trip. They even provide a daily post of the weather and best places or activities to make the most of the day! We loved this trip and much of this was due to our stay at Bella Vista. If you’re a first time visitor to Exuma or want to dig deep on all Exuma can offer, stay here!!!"

"This was our second time staying at one of Tricia’s properties and of course it lived up to all of our expectations. She puts so much thought into decorating and making sure each place has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing Exuma vacation. Both bedrooms have beautiful king beds and they literally feel like you are being wrapped up by a cloud! We had the best time and the best host :) "

"Located right in the middle near Georgetown. Either direction there is so much to do. We loved the unit which was perfect for the 2 of us. Beautiful views and right on the beach. Beds super comfy and enjoyed coffee and drinks on the balcony daily. Definitely worth a stay!! I would have like to see more condiments and provisions available. Spices, baggies, foil and such. 100% we will be back. PS...some of our friends have already asked for info !!"

"Absolutely loved our stay at Diamond Palm. The unit is exactly as pictured and the pictures don’t even do the location justice. We absolutely will be back. "This was a great place to stay. The view was amazing which I never wanted to stop looking out the sliders or sitting on the balcony. The driveway made me nervous but we got used to the bumps (short distance). We did just fine with a regular sedan. The host was very responsive and kind. "
