"Sad, to say, did not get the room that I had booked. The staff was understanding and assisted to provide something similar. This is a great location, but some updated maintenance needed in the rooms. The carpet in the room we had there were several places you could see prior dogs had peed. No, did not smell any urine. The room was clean. Another thing is people that smoked, stepped out of their rooms and smoked. Yes, you got the cigarette smoke coming thru the open windows. The view from this place is really good of the beach and sunsets. Very quiet at night."

"This is a great location. We love the view. It was clean, had all the amenities we wanted. Beds were nice, lots of extra bedding if needed. We just stayed for 1 quick night but we would definitely go back again for a longer stay."

"What a lovely and beach house! It was perfect for us we really enjoyed the our stay. It was very close to the beach and Lincoln city activities. The house was very clean and the kids loved the hot tub, games and toys. Overall it was a great experience! Lots of extras and amenities were provided like coffee and kitchen supplies extra beach towels. By far better than any hotel stay! We were very happy with the quick customer service! Check in and out was easy and convenient. We would recommend this beach house."
