Being right on the bay. Having a balcony. Having a pigeon come up n sit on the balcony. It was very peaceful. You have access to the beach. Its a private little cove. There's stores you can walk too as well.

Great value, great location. right next 2 the ocean right next 2 mo's restaurant and a coffee shop . Walk the beach at sunset. Breakfast was good for being free. Would stay again only complaint is there was zero hot water . Cold showers when it's 60 and breezy outside are not ideal .

Why stay? The balcony view into the bay. We were on the 3rd floor. We watched the tide come in, and with it harbor seals. We also enjoyed the sunset although we also went to the pier next door for another view. Loved that the room had a modern decorating flare and it was big enough that it also contained a 2-person couch. The exterior is a little beat, but that's life beside the ocean water.

Front desk staff not friendly. We had the first mate suite. Large room, but old, dirty carpet and worn out furniture. Lights above bathroom sink burned out. Breakfast was decent. Not much else in the area secluded and quiet.

We love the balcony room we stayed in on the 3rd floor! Lovely view, quiet location. The staff do not give the impression that they like their jobs much which left us feeling apologetic when we needed to ask for anything. Also, the parking is kind of a nightmare...

It's an okay hotel. Stayed strictly for the location. Great for walking to the beach, restaurants and even a grocery store. Don't plan on too much breakfast as it was poorly stocked both mornings and the staff were a bit off putting when asking questions.

The view was beautiful! Beach and water view. From 4th floor balcony. Walked to a restaurant and coffee shop. Watched seals playing in the water and laying on the beach! The girl who checked us in well what can I say but …. We must have been interfering with her phone activity. All in all I would definitely stay there again!
