"The property was very clean, nicely decorated and easy to find your way around. VERY enjoyable visit!! The 5th floor lounge was also an enjoyable place to relax for the evening as was the lobby! The morning comp breakfast was very nice, BUT, No decaf coffee!! I don’t drink it, but I heard other guests asking WHY not!!"

"We had a very nice time while in Ashtabula and this property was convenient for our purposes but I do have a few issues I would like to comment on.1. We took this property because it said it could sleep 9 people (and we did have 9 people) but there is no way anyone could safely sleep on the top bunk beds, let alone be sturdy with an adult’s weight. The ceiling fan was only 10-12" away from anyone sleeping on the top bunk and the ceiling was less than 1.5ft above that persons head. So if someone was to sleep there you could not safely have the ceiling fan going. And if that were the case then it was very warm in 2 of the 3 bedrooms.2. The bedrooms were very warm because the air conditioning was only a wall inserted type and that was not adequate to cool the whole house while sleeping. The listing was accurate to a point, but it is not central AC which was inferred to be the case. Maybe more air conditioners are needed for each room?3. The listing also indicated there was a barbecue grill available. We brought food for cooking on a grill but there was no grill available.4. A suggestion would be to have a drying rack for the kitchen double basin sink. With so many people in our party we had to wash some dishes/cups between dishwasher usage"

"Our stay was wonderful, place was very clean, a nice goody basket was provided with snacks, honey, etc. My questions were answered quickly by Jeff. The yard and deck were lovely, cannot beat the view! Bathrooms and kitchen had everything we needed. It was very safe and quiet and a delight to see hummingbirds, eagles, and cute rabbits helping to eat the clover. We would definitely stay there again."
