We were traveling back to Indiana last minute for a vacation with a sick dog. Had to make a last-minute stop here they were able to accommodate the booking and keep us on the lower level near the door as requested. They also accommodated an early check in by 30 minutes. Wonderful staff!

The only disappointing part is we were given a handicap accessible room with built in foldable chair in shower and extra railing. We were visiting to celebrate our Anniversary.
