"The home was great - just as pictured and described. Very clean. Our host was outstanding with great recommendations and advice, including arranging a van to pick up our group at the airport and deliver us back at the end of the trip. We rented a mid-sized SUV that was delivered to the house and picked up there afterward. Recommend that vs. golf cart at this location."

"We had the most amazing time at South Gull. The home is absolutely beautiful and perfectly suited for a group vacation. The home had every comfort we needed and more. The staff was incredible; kind and accommodating. Erica maintained constant communication with us leading up to and during our stay to ensure travel logistics, grocery orders, excursion planning, dinner reservations and more. Carlos was on-site every day making sure we had everything we needed and was a delight to visit with! Maria went above and beyond every day to keep our space clean and organized. Our chef Kenton created three delicious meals - including dessert - handling everything from groceries to meal prep to clean up. It was such a treat! It was by far the most spoiled we've ever been on a vacation. We had so much fun exploring the peninsula on the golf cart, enjoyed a few meals out, and had plenty of time to just relax in the pool. The morning sunrises cannot be beat. We loved South Gull - it was the perfect home away from home in beautiful Belize."

"The home and property were amazing. Perfect for two families, party of 9. We loved the pool, the beach and the setting. AC in main house was limited but lots of fans. Would definitely stay here again. Beautiful authentic Belizean wood carved art. Loved it!"

"House was very clean. But definitely not a house configuration but 4 individual condo configuration. Could have been better explained on Vrbo. Many outdoor tables of different heights and sizes but nothing we could put together to eat all together as a family of 94 different apartments in one home but not a living room big enough to hold everyone and 2 small kitchens instead of one family size one.4 daybeds but no cushions so not comfortable. Bbq was not inspiring and dirty.Unfortunately the pool wasn’t very clean and had algae and sand. The washing mashing was also dirty with hairs inside and the dryer didn’t work."

"The house and location was great. You are isolated and you definitely need a rental car but the house was clean and you have your own private beach. Please note there are not any emergency services and so you really are on your own. The AC for upstairs was broken but luckily we did not need the upstairs bedrooms."

"The house was great, the views were excellent. The property was well taken care of, and we had everything we needed. One thing to point out is that one bedroom only had bunk beds, but the pictures make it look like there are three regular sized beds. Not a deal breaker, but could be important if you are planning on rooms for three couples. "
