"The Staff were amazing and the Breakfast was good and our shower had great water pressure ! We were there Mon- Thurs, Our air conditioner stopped blowing cold air on Tues so made for an uncomfortably warm room and difficult to sleep. They tried to fix it on Wednesday but no luck and so again an uncomfortably warm room and difficult to sleep. The Hotel is older and needs a good clean and updating !"

"Everything was wonderful, we stayed in Cedar cottage. On the West Coast cottaging isn’t a big thing, this was our opportunity to enjoy it. The property is right in the middle of everything we wanted to do in Harrison, and we’ll be back."

"Not sure if the management has changed but the service isn’t what it once way. No room service available and it took 30 minutes for someone to take our order at the Lakeside Cafe. Rooms were not ready when we arrived and it took a few hours to become available. The resort itself is a wonderful destination with a great pool for the whole family. The locale is spectacular and weather is perfect. If the service at the resort improved, this is a no-brainer destination."

"Best place to stay in Harrison! This is our 5th year going back here. The rooms are good size, clean, and very cozy. The staff is wonderful, super friendly and helpful. They make sure you have everything you need during your stay. You are right across from the lake. All the restaurants are in minutes of walking distance. We definitely recommend staying here:)"
