"My friends and family spent the weekend here for my Bachelorette party. The house is absolutely beautiful and had every thing we needed. Julie was so nice and easy to communicate with. She was on-site the first night and had another property manager there the second night incase we needed anything. (There is a small cottage off the back of the house where they stayed and you can lock them out of the house basically) Please remember she just bought the house this year (2026) so not everything is not perfect as she is still fixing things. The location was perfect and allowed us to walk most places but still far enough from the noise of the night life.We have already talked about possibly having a girls weekend every year and booking this house again!! Thank you Julie for an amazing stay!!"

"All the basics covered for our two day stay. Discovered that St Hedwig Church is one block away! This is the church in the Erie Diocese that offers a Latin high mass Sundays at 9:30 AM. Location was our primary reason for booking as it is close to many activities. Did not see a washer or dryer, but not one of our needs. Off street parking in an urban environment was appreciated."

"It was clean and had was exactly links the description- only points the kitchen is very basic, not for cooking meal. We ate out mostly anyway. Great large space. Quiet neighborhood. Great base for bars, Presque Isle and baseball park."
