"The description said there was a separate seating area room and it was a suite so that’s why I paid “more” money so just get the regular “upgrade” instead of the “suite” because it’s the same thing . They also charged for late check out . Other than that, it was OK. "

"This property is still using the Covid excuse to not automatically include housekeeping. They asked if we wanted it when we checked in, and I said yes. But apparently that only includes replacing the towels. The room wasn’t cleaned, vacuumed, nor were the beds made. Even when I asked specifically if they could make the beds, they didn’t. The location is great - very close to the beach and downtown Encinitas. Just don’t expect much from the hotel itself. "
