"This place was exactly what we needed. Even in February, which is not the most pleaant of months, this was a glorious spot. Lovely and quiet, with great views of the stars. Best of all, it is located within walking distance of some great pubs amid gorgeous countryside. The accommodation is spotless, comfortable, and well laid out. The outdoor bath is great fun and a really nice touch. We would definitely recommend this place and will be back again to enjoy it ourselves. "

Great facilities to be able to prepare an occasional meal but also close enough to walk to the pub for a meal. The location was great to use as a base for day trips to Windsor and Bath for us. "Filthy kitchen, filthy fridge, smelly microwave. You could not use any of the crockery unless you washed it first. The crockery was put back in the cupboards unwashed. There was no hot water. The kitchen cupboards had sticky handles and I felt simply unclean being there. I booked 6 nights but left in the morning after the first night. I’ve seen reviews of this place a year old echoing my comments so the owner takes no notice of reviews. Beware. "
