Guest Access:

Guests have full use of the entire apartment, including the living space, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. Check‑in is straightforward, with clear instructions sent ahead of arrival. Professional cleaning is carried out between stays to ensure the flat is fresh and ready. The private entrance is located down a short flight of steps.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is set in one of Guildford’s most convenient spots - just steps from the station and moments from the River Wey, where you can stroll along the towpath or enjoy waterside cafés. For damage protection, you can choose between: a £500 refundable security deposit (a £500 deposit is held and returned after your stay, provided there is no damage or other chargeable issue) OR a non-refundable damage waiver (this is charged at £20 for 1-night stay, £40 for a 2-night stay and a maximum of £45 for stays longer than 2 nights).
