"We loved our stay in this beautiful, secluded oceanfront cottage! The home had everything we needed and the view was absolutely amazing! Stewart's Grocery & Takeout had great takeout pizza and groceries. We enjoyed lovely maple cortados at the Milkhouse Cafe south of Machias, and fantastic lobster bisque at the Public House. Eastport, Lubec, and Pembroke are all an easy drive away. We also enjoyed Lunch on the Wharf in Corea. An unforgetable stay in an unforgettable location."

"Beds, bedding and pillows were very comfortable love the location as it has a huge parking lot and a great restaurant right in the same parking lot. Sitting out front is right on the river and we actually got to see seals and the fish jumping and eagle come in to try to get the fish Great place for four wheeling."

"Just an incredibly beautiful property and perfect little place for my spouse and two teens. Brought my kayak and paddled every day. My family and I hiked, picked blueberries and went whale watching. From the house we saw bald eagles, osprey, terns and all kinds of other birds in the air — plus seals and porpoises in the water. The fire pit was a great way to end each day. "

" Very calm you don’t hear the road. Roomy and confortable, the beds are good. I recomend also the breakfast at the gas station (Tom’s) and for dinner, the West Branch restaurant a few miles away"

"Quiet and Secluded. We had a great time sitting around the fire, great memories, very clean, The kids had a great time. The top bunk mattress was fine for my 8 year old but would have been a bit stiff for me. My older son slept on the futon he loved it. Plenty of towels, The water heater is a small one but we could each get nice hot showers if we waited a bit between. It would reheat quickly for the next shower. "
