"Debbie and Mark, the owners, are exceptional. Their attention to detail from the room appointments (robes and slippers), amenities (free water, coffee, tea, snacks) to comfort in the public areas, was above and beyond. We had dinner there one night, 2 breakfasts and they even made us a picnic to have at the Grand Canyon. All the food was delicious, gourmet and met our dietary restrictions. Such a calm, friendly and warm place to stay. Highly recommend!"

"On Expedia this listing says CLEARLY “dogs and cats allowed” only to get there and be threatened with a $150 fine for violating NO PETS POLICY. So BEWARE of this when making reservation. Secondly, we get there and walls are PAPER THIN. You can hear your neighbors’ TV, conversations, everything. Unfortunately, our neighbors had kids who were fighting so we had to listen to their yelling and thumping around and parents yelling at them. My husband and I were here for a romantic getaway. "The bathroom was not cleaned between guest. There were poop stains on the toilet. The fridge had the previous guests food in it and the TV didn’t work. Front desk lady blames us for rushing her because we showed up 30 min early for our check in time. She moved us to a different room that was not much better. The room temp would either be burning hot or freezing cold. No in between. You are better off staying in a hotel."

"This is one of the older hotels in Williams, but it has been renovated decently and has brick build so no noise from neighboring rooms. Simple breakfast items were sufficient , swimming pool available and courteous staff. However, roads are dark in this area and we were arriving after dinner in the rain and dark. Some simple reflectors indicating entrance drive would be helpful."
