"Room was spacious, clean & very comfortable & great having a fridge to chill drinks. My husband used the gym & said it had a good selection of equipment. There was always plenty of spaces for parking when we came back from our day trips."

"So so disappointed! The room was pretty much wall-to-wall bed (king size) and the area around the bed was so narrow barely room to walk with one side only able to walk sideways. The room could have been cleaner; dust was thick on some baseboards. On second night, smoke alarm on the (12 ft?) high ceiling started beeping loudly like it needed the battery changed. We called to the office to tell them and it was so loud that we couldn’t sleep (this was in the evening); she said she’d call maintenance but wasn’t sure when they’d come. Called an hour later, got the answering machine, left a message wanting to know when they’d come fix it; left my cell number - never heard back. The alarm finally went dead about 10 pm - never heard anything ever from them. We were so not happy. My husband fixed the loose toilet seat that appeared broken when we got there. The balcony had no chairs to sit on to see the “beautiful forest views”. No place to sit in cabin except on the bed; no little table at all. No instructions about anything, like how to use the crazy heat/ac which also was in Celsius. TV was set to Spanish which we couldn’t change. Tall grass/weeds by the walkway. We will NEVER return and NEVER recommend what was advertised as “Luxury Cabins”, they were anything but Luxury. And the heated pool was supposed to be open but was NOT! There were no hangers for the rod; no hooks for hanging anything; no place but the floor for the suitcase. It was claustrophobic for only two people."

"I knew this wasn’t a four star hotel when I booked a two night stay. However, I was pretty disappointed with our room. Three of the four lamps were either missing a light bulb or the bulb was burned out. The fitted sheet barely covered the mattress and kept coming off. The skirt around the box spring was also torn. The noise from the nearby stairs to upper floors was constant as well as the doors to the stairs opening and closing all night long. I would recommend picking a different hotel in the area even if more expensive. "
