Front desk was PHENOMENAL! I traveled to see my son graduate USMC. Very close to Parris Island. Room was spotless. I actually took a bath. Bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning worked like a charm. Parking was great right next to entrance.

The property is an older property. The room has a bad smell, and wasn't in the greatest shape. The doors all slammed and were SO LOUD! It was ridiculous! The staff was friendly and the breakfast was okay for the price we paid.

The staff was amazing. We had to change rooms due to some cleaning issues, but they corrected it right away and did everything to assist us. There was still cosmetic repairs needed, that I believe were due to hurricane damage. But nothing terrible. I would have preferred the hot tub to be hotter as it seemed to be at the same temperature as the pool. But we never requested them to change it, because it wasn’t that big of an issue as there were some younger children that were in and out it and we assumed the temperature was lowered for them. But pretty great staff!

The staff was real nice checking and checking out. The room was spacious and clean. The A/C cooled the room down well, I like it cool when I sleep. The only small complaint and i understand it will be different for everyone was the bed was a little hard. I would have no problem recommending someone to stay, I would stay again.

The room smelled like a harsh chemical and paint. There were roaches in the room. The pull out couch bed had no linens and was covered in crumbs. The hall and stairwell was filthy. The elevator was gross and didn’t work well. The workout room was connected to the pool and didn’t open until 10 AM; it had no air and was also filthy. The staff was very kind and helpful but overall this was an awful stay and an unmaintained property.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating; however, the hotel rooms are in serious need of updating. The furniture is outdated, and the air conditioners leak, leaving the carpets beneath them wet and creating a damp, mildew-like odor throughout the room. The excess moisture and standing water also appear to attract large water bugs, which was very unpleasant. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was underwhelming, with limited options and overall quality that did not meet expectations. While the staff provided excellent service, the condition of the rooms and the disappointing breakfast significantly detracted from the overall experience.

I really enjoyed my stay because of how friendly staff was! The walls were thin between rooms and it was difficult to get to parking, especially when guests checking in blocked the way to the lot. Other than that I feel this was a great place for families to stay that is affordable and conveniently located near the MCRD at Parris Island.
