Chalet on 3 levels:
Level 0: Ground floor: 4 bedrooms, Level 1: Living areas, Level 2: A mezzanine, a bedroom. Half-floors.
5 bedrooms in total, 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets. 5 double beds, 2 single beds.
Access is via a snow-cleared cul-de-sac, leading to the foot of the chalet. 2 parking spaces.
Level 1: A walk-through entrance allows you to leave your shoes and jackets. Then you enter directly into the living room/kitchen and dining area. A beautiful living area surrounds the (pellet) stove. The L-shaped kitchen with a central island is very well equipped (oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso + filter coffee maker, toaster, crepe maker, fondue maker, raclette maker, etc.). The dining area (large table with possible extensions and two high chairs), adjacent to the kitchen, opens onto a charming little terrace, sheltered from view, allowing you to fully enjoy the southwest-facing garden.
Extending the living room is a lounge area with a sofa and armchairs. On the second floor: a TV corner (with a possible rear projection system) and a games area (small round table, bookcase).
LEVEL 0: The bedrooms are located on the ground floor of the chalet: 3 bedrooms, each with a 140 x 190 cm bed (duvets) opening through a French window to the outside. There is storage space for clothes. One of them opens onto a larger terrace and directly onto the lawned garden. A master bedroom (140 x 190 cm bed) with a shower and sink is located on the second floor (window), as well as another separate toilet. On the ground floor: 1 shower room, 1 bathroom (walk-in shower) and sinks, 1 separate toilet, 1 laundry room (washing machine).
Level 2: 1 mezzanine and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 190 cm) + 1 bunk bed (2 single beds (90 x 190 cm) + 1 baby bed)
Small garden facing southwest. Part of it is sloping, so keep an eye on children.
A garage is available for storing skis and ski boots, a stroller is available, and a bicycle is also available. Please take care of them. Beehives are nearby.

Notes: 120 euros extra in winter (December 15th to April 15th). 60 euros the rest of the year. Pets are not allowed due to allergies. A security deposit (depending on the size of the accommodation) will be required upon arrival.
