With check in, the lady wasn't friendly at all. The room shower def needed to be cleaned better, but overall the room was clean. The stay was good. Bed comfortable. The rooms are not sound proof as you can hear all the walking and moving around outside your room and above. Otherwise, it was a good stay. The check out guy was friendly, so that was good too.

Pros: The room was wonderful, comfy bed, everything anyone could need, full size refrigerator, microwave, cookware, silverware, glasses, etc. , television ( small choice of channels) bring ur sign in information for ur premium channels, Cons: more handicap parking needed, more channels on television needed, breakfast set up was nice, but was cold, selections could have been better, not as nice as other hotels I've been at....If there was a pool i didnt see it...a map of location would be nice, things to see in area also would have been nice...

The hotel was in an excellent location for our weekend stay. The area outside the hotel was clean and neatly landscaped. The hotel desk was staffed by a pleasant man who greeted us as we walked in. He was attentive, found our reservation, and processed the room keys. The room was neat and clean. I liked the window coverings that allowed in light and provided privacy. The halls were clean and the floors vacuumed including the stairways. A good breakfast with plenty of healthy choices. I enjoyed having access to coffee and hot water for tea at all hours.

The room was clean, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, many snacks to choose from and a great breakfast! The only downside was the room was very small and you can hear everything from inside the bathroom, the hallway, and rooms around you. But even with that, Iā€™d stay again!
