"Just returned from a 4 night stay - family of 5. Spacious apartment well equipped with lovely sea views. Lovely staff on reception desk made us feel very welcome and very helpful. Arrived 11 am and was able to leave luggage in storage so able to make the most of our first day. Fantastic location on the Promenade de Anglais would definitely recommend and would love to return again. "

"We were a party of 6 and booked 2 rooms for our stay at this property. This is an older apartment building converted in to a hotel which is a very common thing in Europe. The location of this property is amazing! Its literally a block from the beach, on a walking only street that has a LOT of great restaurants, cafes and shopping right there. We loved the convenience! The walkability to the train station, and tram lines is very good as well as the close proximity to a large grocery store and shopping area."

"Great and convenient location. Close to the hustle and bustle, but not in the middle of it. The Bar was pretty good for a quick stop when heading out or coming back, and was always well visited. The room was clean but very small- however, that was fine for us! Tons of restaurants and pubs nearby and all the sights and sounds are easily walkable. "

"For the area that the property is in and the price we paid I have no complaints. You won't get 5 star luxury for £250 a week, however it has everything needed, small kitchenette is a great asset, balcony nice to sit out on. Nice staff, easy parking. This was our second stay and I would certainly stay again if travelling on a budget. "
